Lago Bistro

I just wanted to give a shout out Lago Bistro. At the last minute, I had four friends ask if they could drop by for a visit. Absutely, I said. Went to the fridge to prep some snacks stuff, and I had nothing. I am close to Lago Bistro, so I ran over to see what they had. I walked in to find them closing. I was 10 minutes past their posted closing time, but they wanted to know my plight. I explained, and they said “give us 20 minutes”. 20 minutes later I had 3 flat breads, chips, dips, and salsas. The impromptu get together was a big hit, and it was all thanks to Lago Bistro.
